Microscape - May 8, 2013

Regional pride of wine, pecorino cheese, olives, and other fermentables is understandable given that micro flora differ by location dependent on variable conditions of weather, humidity, terrain, vegetation, and history. Given that my body is made up mostly of micro flora other than cells stamped with my own DNA, I wonder if all of this tramping through new micro territory leaves me literally changed!
