Impersonal Intimacy - December 28, 2015

This is how I characterize partner dancing with embrace. Yes, there is physical closeness, intimacy, and yet in the most meaningful moments, those that are lost in time and space, there is no personality present ... his or mine, there is only the movement of dance, the experience we call dancing.

And this is why I don't do the "practice" of meditation. Because there is nothing to practice, there is only and always the true, immediate experience of the reality of the given present. The meditation part is the being of it - not separate from it. No object to focus on because there are no objects, no mind to control or banish. All movements, experiences are welcome, like currents in the ocean coming and going.
