I recently noticed that poetry does not have much of a place in my life and I've also been hearing admonitions to read and memorize poems and I think there is goodness in this.

So today I signed up for a couple of daily poems to be delivered to my inbox, with audio, which is the way I prefer to imbibe my poetry.

Today was something old and something new, John Donne, A Valediction: Forbidding Mourning, and Tarfia Faizullah, Poem full of Worry Ending with My Birth.

This feels like an important nutrient added to my daily diet.
