More and more I relate to life from states of -ingness rather than as a noun, an object ….such as painting rather than being a painter. I think of myself as participating in whatever is happening at a given moment. Recently I learned that the Pali language doesn’t have nouns but only gerunds, so that for instance a dog would be “dogging”. This works for me.  I’m exploring...
