Three Vessels - August 21, 2011
The
following was inspired by my recent course in Integral Evolution where
the discussion centers on the self divided into ego, ground of being,
and evolutionary self.
Tiny, proper container,
your closed and sealed limitations
conceal, and protect its precious cargo.
Fearing contact with all that is,
petty, ersatz life consumes its contents
fouling its shelter.
Only shattering can save you.
Open, vastness of everything
accepts it all, loves it all
laughs at it all.
Perfect balance of opposites,
all directions, all movements,
equal and poised in absolute harmony.
Static in stable symmetry, this non-vessel.

germinal source for imaginal seeds.
Life takes root, reaches, relates,
seeks beyond limits.
Exchanging inner and outer
feeding and fed,
inspired by the good, you are true
and beautiful.
This vessel plies waters of mystery.
