No Story - March 1, 2015

Thought I'd try an experiment today as I wondered if I could spend the day outside of story, about me, about others, about what should be. Could I just be in this day, alive to what was occurring without reference to the past? Well I could only do this for very brief periods yet I could bring myself back to the task repeatedly. 

Do I have a preference? Of course ... and that is another story.
