Tangoing - June 6, 2015

I have been compelled to try tango. Before starting, the teacher asked why I was interested in learning tango and I blathered something lifeless. At the end of the first lesson, as I simply responded to the lead of the partner teacher as he improvised with the few steps just learned and we danced an entire song there was no leader, no follower, only dancing.

That is why I want to learn yet another discipline ... it is the same as any other in that it all leads back to the simple experiencing. And in that place is bliss, peace, knowing.

Who can ask for more that this? And it's nothing specific to tango which is simply another entry point. One that calls at the moment.
