Today was one of those days of just feeling high on life, playing in the studio, dancing, sharing art and stories with Joan, my art mentor, both of us feeling the deep appreciation of rich lives.

Does knowing that it won't last make it all the more sweeter? Knowing that today never comes again makes it sing.
