Internet expression of my bitterness

After a very good day of tango workshops, learning to lead, getting good feedback, the milonga that followed was sparse in dance opportunities for me.

I know my dance ability is not the cause and it's enough to make me feel bitter about the sexist state of this dance and question why I persist. It feels connected to the current state of affairs of the differential in gender power, and fundamentally makes me really angry.

For now I will keep learning to lead and see what unfolds. I want to remain open to other possibilities.
