Tuning and Toning - May 17, 2012

In my recent discovery of toning, through Thomas Huebl, and now the concept of chakra toning I am having a wonderful, centering, opening experience of seemingly aligning something energetically that leaves a feeling of deep peace and emptiness, yet at the same time aliveness. Sort of like a hollow flute that vibrates to sound.

I suppose it's not surprising to find that the interest in singing, or at least vocalizing should occur along with dancing, moving, all expressing physically.
