Is that Water Falling from the Sky? - January 7, 2014

We are all so cautiously hoping it will keep falling that we dare not discuss it. Here we are warm and dry while the rest of the country is freezing and I wonder, are we frogs in the pot of heating water unmoved to hop out until too late or are we going to wake up and do something? And what would that take? Will we just know? That would be quite a different world.
