Collisions - July 23, 2014

Inspired by the movie, Particle Fever, about the Hadron Linear Accelerator verification of the Higgs Boson at a surprising weight, I took to the studio and laid on the wax. The movie is a beautiful tribute to the mysteries of the universe and the human passion to understand. I think it is the best story happening in our time and I never cease to me amazed and excited by each chapter that unfolds. The painting below is my direct response to the story.
