Hard Labor - May 23, 2105

There's nothing quite like the self righteousness of aching muscles from hard physical work, and today was a whopper. Working with a team of about twenty on trail maintenance in Arcata Redwood Park, we loaded wheel barrows and hauled wet gravelly stuff up a trail where it was dumped and pounded into a fine, flat surface. I plan to reap the harvest of this by lying low with anti-inflammatories close at hand. Hot tub anyone?
