Breaking - October 2, 2015

It's hard to take a break from the studio since I've turned it into a little factory recently but I have a week away scheduled long ago to play with friends in a workshop of practicing embodied presence ... before you ask - it's grounded, wholesome, playful, embodied exploration in a delightful place with a small group of wonderful people. I'm excited about being there ... and I'm taking tango shoes, since you never know.
