Here and Now - October 26, 2015

All I can experience, know, is here and now. Always. Yesterday and tomorrow are concepts, with practical applications, but not experiences. Occupying the realm of concept distances me from aliveness, from sensations, perceptions, feelings and thoughts of this very now.
