Embodied - October 20, 2015

Much of my recent activities are bodily oriented rather than intellectual, and that is just fine with me, better than fine, just swell. Seems I've been given a body that for much of my life has carried my head around at its bidding and now it wants to play, dance, paint, hike, row, strum, garden, and looks longingly at aerial silks, skateboarding, even motor cycling. 

What marvelous equipment we are issued on arrival in this amazing place!
