The Antidote - August 9, 2016

We are living in interesting times. Donald Trump is acting as our communal shadow, parading our worst aspects right out in daylight, bringing issues of racism, bigotry, privilege, misogeny where we can no longer ignore or deny them.

And then the Olympics begins and there is our nation represented by the best athletes including people of color from underprivileged backgrounds demonstrating high moral behavior. My new shero is the amazing Simone Biles. Nineteen years old, 4'9", she is the antidote.
