Thanksgiving to God - December 18, 2017

Following on the theme of creating from perfection, I offer Beethoven's Opus 132, late quartet, slow third movement. At age 54 he had been ill and in his recovery wrote one of his last works and described this movement as a "Song of Thanksgiving to God of an invalid on his convalescence in the Lydian mode" - Heiliger Dankgesang.

It is worthy of the deepest middle of the night undisturbed undistracted listening experience in dark comfort of open bodied receiving which is how I came upon it. Sublime, sublime. Thank you, Rupert.
