Toxic Masculinity

Many of us have had more than enough of rich white guys throwing their pallid weight around and trampling everyone else's rights in the doing. There is a gender show down occurring over the Kavanaugh Supreme Court nomination that is getting uglier by the minute and it's not even the nominee's disgusting behavior but the knee jerk, drooling over themselves to get their guy in come hell or high water behavior of the old dinosaurs that rankles. It is madness on steroids. I hope they get both - hell and high water.

So a handful of us gathered in black solidarity and enjoyed a sunny moment of protest on the Plaza, grateful that the women in DC made a serious splash getting arrested outside the doors of senators, trying to hold them accountable.
