Trash Troll

Found myself volunteering at the North Country Fair this weekend on the Zero Waste Team. Yup, got my degree now in trashology and was placed in front of six receptacles where I inspected each piece of trash anyone tried to toss to make sure it was appropriately classified and receptacled. 


I am beginning to appreciate the community of trash types who are becoming more visible in the world ... and maybe I will be one, though digging deep and dredging out misplaced items that snuck in past the Trash Troll does not excite me much, nor the thought of sorting through collected heaps. But this was a start.
