Liber Primus - March 22, 2014

I'm attending a short three class introduction to C.G. Jung's The Red Book, of his calligraphy and paintings of a journal of a lived experiential journey that informed all of his later psychological philosophy. The teacher has been studying the book for four years and is doing a heroic job of beginning to unpack some of this unique work.

As she presented the themes of the Liber Primus, the first section, I found myself sketching the themes rather than writing them down and the following mandala is the result.
