Anthropocene - May 30, 2014

Delving into learning about climate change I am feeling more and more like we have entered a new geological epoch characterized by human impact not only on climate but also the related biosphere - the Anthropocene Era. Interestingly I am less emotional in this learning than previously though the information is beyond disturbing. Perhaps this equanimity is allowing me to look at being involved in a different way. (Oh my! A tiny worm just wriggled out from between the g and h keys on my keyboard and needed to be rescued before being smashed. An adaptable species to new habitat, however, not long lived without my intervention. How weird is that !?!)
