Dancing in Catalunya - May 14, 2014

Interestingly we are staying in the small town of Begur, famous for being the hometown of flamenco dancer, Carmen Amaya, a gypsy dancer whose masculine dancing made her famous in her time, and Cuban influence that thrives today. We did a Salsa class to wonderful Cuban music and enjoyed the activity immensely, even after a day of walking and immersing in cold Mediterranean waters. Below is my response based on the town statue to the dancer they love.
