Re-membering - March 17, 2016

As I returned home, first to tango, then to rowing, I wondered if I'd remember what to do and both activities surprised me with the quiet in my mind and the memory in my body. More than memory, something was there that was not previously present. In rowing it was that left oar, habitually diving too low, suddenly finding its natural place in the stroke, and in tango, just the surrender to following, nothing more needed, nothing added. Oh, I hope these adjustments hold and my busy little mind doesn't mess with them.
