Recently on one of the sunny days at the marsh the large pond, covered in scum, seemed to be a rainbow of colors and shades that was entrancing. It was interesting to see the play of clear sky color reflected differently depending on the angle from which it was viewed.
That reflecting from straight above was deep and cool and that reflected from further away on smooth water captured the colors lower in the sky, warmer and lighter.
Mixed with all the organic colors it made quite a palette lacking only in reds.
