Interlude - February 10, 2016
It's a transition day - Flinders then en route to Cradle Mountain Valley. Overnight in an uninspiring town with no Aboriginal art to be found, so I will post inspiration from Melbourne gallery of a couple of days ago.
The Tasmanian history with aboriginals is beyond horrifying and to find such low regard currently for their creative work is deeply disturbing. The news today is all about Aborigines not keeping up with current goals for progress. 40,000 successful years of living in harsh conditions, and now this ... ongoing challenge in the commercial world.
