Stepping into Summer - February 6, 2016

After hours of planes and airports I stepped into the warm embrace of a Melbourne morning and was swept into new place, new time. This post is coming from the future. My mission for the day was to have an experience of place and that is what unfolded as I meandered through neighborhoods, river cruise, domino event, and milonga all ensconced in a lightness of atmosphere. Is it summer out of order, the global southern position, transparency of the light, or friendliness of the natives? Don’t know.
