And Then This - December 12, 2016

Seizing the moment of calm, sun, smooth water, we rowed at a very high tide and part way out decided to do a double island tour. Such exquisite beauty, stillness, seals, birds, water patterns filled my heart to beyond full, and the dancing body was happy for a change of movement ... and yet I noticed that all that compression and inner thigh strengthening needed for dance was available for a good workout while rowing once I'd noticed it. Double happiness, dancing/rowing crossover. Loving it.
