Starting in the Black - January 20, 2017

Inauguration Day of 45 started in Arcata with people standing in black on the plaza in silence. It was a peaceful way to spend that time. After more march planning we returned to find that there are anti-Trump anarchists unhappy with our march for working with the City and police in our planning. Sigh ... Then I see violence from similar people in DC and it is deeply saddening. May tomorrow be peaceful as is our intention.
