After a sparkling "could have danced all night" tango milonga, then a warm open house full of friends on New Year's Day, there's something tangibly different that I'm feeling in this new time. 

Every hug was long and strong and filled with a poignancy of connection and the known fleetingness of life. We seem to sense that we need each other more than ever and the sentiments of stay together, be strong are reverberating. Hmm, reminds me of ... a familiar refrain. I hope this becomes the glue of our year.
