Overflowing - January 5, 2018

Giving myself a bouquet.

I am flowing over with gratitude to my eye doctor and his practice who saw me on very short notice in the middle of a very busy day. They were kind, caring, efficient, cheerful and everything seems to be working out to resolve a painful treatable eye condition so I am enormously relieved as well.

Someday I will have a brush with the medical system with a different outcome quite likely but for today I am all around grateful. I notice that this changes my energy and perspective immediately and substantially.
