Happy as a 10 Year old on Her Birthday!

Today I picked up my new bike, new to me at least, purchased on Craigslist, a proper old lady, sit up straight and ride slowly bicycle. I am so happy with her. Adjusted the handle bars, getting the wobbles out from my lack of riding for decades and ready to hit the road in Humboldt. Just needs a great big box on the back for transporting stuff, and off we go, the Wicked Witch of the North, and her trusty steed, Sky Pilot.

And also very happy with my DIY bike lock. Yup that's a word combination lock,  and thick chain covered in a discarded inner tube - ha, a new knitting material? The stuff is free and available after all.
