She's a Beaut!

Wonderful day in the yard today, starting with finishing planting the 2-3,000 daffodils surrounding all the important areas, veg garden, orchard, hedgerows.

Then built my new wheel barrow, two solid big wheels and a larger capacity, the better to carry mulch and woodchips around the place, and so I did.

Hours of permie podcasts, sunny bird shows later and it really does feel like we live in the best of times sort of on the precipice of the potentially worst. And here I am, tired and happy with my new toy, next to Mt. Woodchips.
