What a marvelous, beautiful day of sun, hint of fall, garden scents, son cooking delicious dinner, sharing body work, making art. They say there's a brain in the belly and mine is a very happy one, buzzing and enjoying such a day.It feels intimately connected to good health, well being. Happy belly, happy body. No worries.
