Tidal Movement - January 12, 2015

There are movements within that come and go and the volume and amplitude surprise me in their coming and going. Who is in control, not only of the energy but the response? From moment to moment I can leap on a bandwagon and as quickly abandon it. It must be a time of tidal surges.
