Non Dual Triad - July 12, 2017

Witnessing ... Knowing ... Creating - this is the thumbnail summary of the three stages of non-dual understanding that has come to me over a number of years of contemplation. 

Stepping back from the separate self into that which is aware, I first encounter the witnessing presence, which over time and much exploration becomes the comfortable place of the knowing of sense perception, body sensation, thoughts, and feelings - all the possible known objective qualities, that still need a subject to be known ... so far still in duality, albeit peaceful and whole. 

And then last night came the aha moment, the possibility that the coming back to the objective world depends on the creating of the knowing/known, that it arises from the awareness, is created by it - not two. Still a stretch, but a seed is here planted.
