Re-membering - October 29, 2013

Drawing from the past, coloring with disparate materials and parts, embodying the new in the context of the old, putting together that which is apart, all processes related to memory, embodiment, rejuvenation. Ordinary and sublime together, one contained within the other. Like the light in the window on this blustery day, nothing unusual, yet lasting only this moment, leaving only memory fantasy to weave with the next experience.
