Suffering - November 21, 2013

No, not me, at least at the moment, yet I see it exists and feel the reality. And maybe its what motivates much of what I do in life, Hospice volunteering, painting, learning body work, ways of acknowledging its existence yet not being overcome by it. Processing, noticing, working with suffering helps me connect and ground.
