Big, Fat, Sad Ending - July 10, 2016
Brahm's Requiem dedicated to the losses suffered during the past week, and what a festival of grief, sorrow, love, and joy that huge work expresses through the massive choir and orchestra. Endings are just sad and filled with pathos, so different from beginnings.
Then I got on the road and drove home six hours and how good it feels to be back. The starry night sky and ocean stop are the finest welcome home ... oh, and the kitty.
