Backsies - September 6, 2016

Day two brought three separate episodes of retracing steps resulting in significant increases in distance, time, and elevation, and we ended the day exhausted, spent, and grateful for the cozy, well stocked refugio and rest day to follow. We had passed over another saddle with precipitous drop over switchbacky exposed scree that looked impossible until we realized that each individual step was safe and secure and it was just better to not look too far ahead.
