Food as Art - September 16, 2016



Our big culinary adventure last night prepared by chef Massimo Botturo of Osteria Francescana, Modena, Italy was more than expected in every way imaginable. He is a food genius artist, charming, warm, charismatic and everyone is treated like royalty or at least a top rated restaurant reviewer. So I will let the sample photos of the tasting menu and his short video set the table for the affair.
