Resting - May 15, 2017

After a tumultuous week of shadow diving, I seem to be resting, gathering myself, but I hope not turning away. I don't feel done yet. My body is rebelling with muscle tension, even pain on walking (never while dancing of course) and there is still much to find.

For now I will sit and rest as I contemplate this former drawing with the monkey fist knot in the pelvis, the bird on the heart which is swallowed by the snake, the pebble in hand, and crumbling sands, of heart protective structure tumbling to the ground mirroring stardust.
