I Am Noticing - October 15, 2011
If
you delve into this statement, it is multi-layered and deep. Space
expands to encompass noticed and noticer. Edges and boundaries dissolve
and even disappear.
As I immerse in the experience of dropping into old relationships and reconnecting, comparing stories from the past, I notice the instability of those stories, how they congeal for each individual in a personal self-storying way that is unique and therefore suspect in terms of any external or shared experience.
In my quest to release that which no longer serves and to discover new territory, this realization is helpful in the sloughing pinning one down, tethered, contracted and small. Releasing story dissolves boundaries, opens, expands the view of the undiscovered.
