Exhausted by Green
Bluebells that I love |
It was a beautiful day for walking in Wharfedale Yorkshire, the valley of the Wharfe River, until the last two miles of 18 that became rainy and my body was aching to rest, but the end did come in good time.
There was good company in the form of walkers (John of Leeds who is doing the whole thing in three days at a pace I could not maintain after 6 miles), sheep, cattle, horses, and birds galore as the path goes through countless pastures and all styles of stiles while staying close to the river that became exciting at one point.
Too exhausted so do other than sleep now.
