So Small - November 2, 2015

Caroline, my Dolomite hiking buddy, just sent a photo from our trip that is having a salutary effect at this moment. Here I am so small in the mountain landscape. Ah, it puts things in perspective. Plenty of space to breathe, and my challenges and anxieties become down sized. Caroline has a magic touch of timing she may not even realize.
