Unnameable - November 27, 2016

Yesterday's emotional plunge led to a turning toward all of that great sad, to the experiencing of it, the knowing of .... of what? Just this, just this experience, this knowing, that's it, entirely, completely, that is all there is. And at the core it is neither good nor bad, it is just the knowing of it ... unnameable.

Interesting that this is following in the footsteps of the blocked listening tour. It seems to be moving the listening impetus away from an activity to a receptivity to what arises and I hope that some of those are listening experiences ...
