Knowing ... More or Less - October 26, 2016

I lay in bed today feeling the sensations, perceptions of body, the thoughts and feelings and realizing once again, that's all I can know, and it's enough. More and more often I find myself saying, "I don't know" in response to questions about everything, yet at the same time I have access to a universe of experiential knowing that seems ever more limitless. Loving the contradiction.
